Orders: To find out the status of an existing order, use the login (top right) using your order number and the email address used when placing the order. A status of Pending means we have yet to look at it; Processing means we definitely know about it; and Dispatched means it is on its way. This is the only purpose of the login system.
If you are contacting Fighting 15s because you have not had an email acknowledging your order, please note that we get a number of bounced messages from customers who have typed their email address incorrectly: the shop automatically sends a message confirming receipt to the email address provided. Common errors include using the wrong domain ending (.com instead of say .co.uk), and random hyphens or full stops (g-mail or g.mail instead of gmail). In addition, unless the fighting15sshop.co.uk domain is in the contacts of a customer's email account, the customer's ISP may reject ecommerce emails from us. The latter may commonly affect customers with AOL or Hotmail accounts.
